Personal development also includes the body. To move to the next level in anything that you do rather it be education, career, health & relationships the body must be involved. Having a strong body improves any condition that you are seeking positive results from. I don’t recommend going ham and jumping in any type of fitness routine, however, emerging your body in some type of fitness/dance related activity once or twice a week will improve other areas in your life.
